ALVEKO
Terms of Service
Effective date: March 2026
Governing law: Victoria, Australia
The short version: Alveko Ready is a compliance tool for NDIS SIL providers. It helps you organise your evidence and prepare for audits — but it doesn't guarantee you'll pass. You own your data. We won't share it. You can cancel anytime. If something's unclear, email us.
1. What is Alveko Ready?
Alveko Ready is a software platform that helps NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers prepare for registration audits. It lets you track your compliance progress, upload and organise evidence documents, manage worker credentials, and generate an audit evidence pack.
Important: Alveko Ready is a tool to help you prepare — it doesn't guarantee you'll pass your audit or get registered. Whether you achieve NDIS registration is decided entirely by the NDIS Commission and your approved quality auditor. We have no control over that outcome.
Nothing in the platform is legal or compliance advice. If you have questions about your specific obligations under the NDIS Practice Standards, please seek advice from a qualified professional.
2. Your account
To use the platform, you'll need to create an account. When you do:
- Use accurate information — don't sign up with fake details
- Keep your password secure — you're responsible for anything that happens under your account
- Tell us immediately if you think someone has accessed your account without permission — email us at catherine@alveko.com.au
You can invite your team members to access your account. As the account holder, you're responsible for making sure they follow these terms.
3. Paying for Alveko Ready
How billing works
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, in Australian dollars including GST. We don't store your credit card details — payments are handled by a third-party payment provider.
If a payment fails
We'll let you know and give you time to update your payment details. If we don't receive payment within 7 days, we may pause your access until it's sorted.
Price changes
If we ever increase our prices, we'll give you at least 30 days notice by email before the change kicks in.
Refunds
We don't offer refunds on subscription fees, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Free trials
If we offer a free trial, it'll have a specific end date. After that, you'll need a paid subscription to keep using the platform.
4. Your data
You own it
Everything you upload to Alveko Ready — your documents, participant records, worker credentials, incident reports — belongs to you. We don't claim any ownership over it.
What we do with it
We only use your data to run the platform for you. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything else.
Sensitive information
The platform stores sensitive information — NDIS participant details, health-related documents, worker screening records. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to store this information and that you're handling it in line with your own privacy obligations.
Exporting your data
You can export your data at any time while your subscription is active.
When you leave
If you cancel or your subscription ends, we'll keep your data for 30 days so you can export anything you need. After that, it's permanently deleted. We're not responsible for data that's lost after this window.
5. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Our Privacy Policy at alveko.com.au/privacy explains exactly what we collect, why, and how you can ask us to delete it.
6. What belongs to us
The platform itself — the software, design, templates, and all the thinking behind it — belongs to Alveko. By subscribing, you get a licence to use it for your business. You can't copy it, resell it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.
7. Fair use
Pretty straightforward — use the platform legally and sensibly. Don't:
- Upload anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights
- Try to hack or break any part of the platform
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without our permission
- Provide false information when setting up your account
If you misuse the platform, we may suspend or cancel your access.
8. What we're responsible for (and what we're not)
We work hard to keep the platform running well, but we can't guarantee it'll be available 100% of the time or completely free of errors.
Important: Using Alveko Ready does not guarantee a successful audit result. We're a tool, not a guarantee. Audit outcomes are determined by the NDIS Commission and approved quality auditors — not us.
If something does go wrong and you have a claim against us, our liability is limited to the total amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose. We're not liable for indirect losses like lost profits or lost business opportunities.
None of this affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Third-party tools and integrations
The platform connects with third-party services like NDIA's PRODA system. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for them. Any files we generate for upload to NDIA systems are provided as a starting point — you're responsible for checking them before you submit.
10. Keeping things confidential
If either of us shares confidential information with the other in the course of using the platform, we both agree to keep it confidential and not share it without permission — unless we're required to by law.
11. Starting and stopping
When these terms start
These terms apply as soon as you create an account.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing us. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
If we need to cancel your access
We can suspend or cancel your access if you breach these terms, don't pay, or if we have a good reason to believe your use is causing problems. We can also wind down the platform entirely with 30 days notice.
12. Changes to these terms
If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the platform after that, it means you've accepted the new terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the changes kick in.
13. Disputes
These terms are governed by Victorian law. If we ever have a disagreement, we'll both try to sort it out through honest conversation before going anywhere near a lawyer or court.
14. Everything else
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us.
- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a term on one occasion, that doesn't mean we've waived our right to enforce it later.
- You can't transfer your account to someone else without our permission.
- We're not liable for things genuinely outside our control — internet outages, natural disasters, third-party service failures, and so on.
