Who we are

Alveko is an Australian software company building compliance tools for NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers. Alveko Ready is our first product.

What information we collect

When you fill out our waitlist or checklist form, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Your organisation name
• The number of SIL houses you operate
• Where you are in the NDIS registration process
• Which states or territories you operate in
• How you heard about us (optional)

That's it. We don't collect payment information, sensitive personal information, or anything we don't need.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• Send you the free SIL Audit Readiness Checklist you requested
• Send you occasional product updates and useful NDIS compliance information
• Contact you when Alveko Ready is available
• Understand who our customers are so we can build the right product

We will never use your information for anything other than the above without asking you first.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted tools to run our business:

• Loops.so — our email platform, used to send you the checklist and any follow-up emails
• Tally.so — the form tool you used to sign up

Both are reputable services with their own privacy policies. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't share it with anyone else.

Email communications

If you sign up through our form, you'll receive:

• The checklist you asked for, immediately
• A small number of follow-up emails about NDIS compliance and Alveko Ready

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it at any time and we'll stop emailing you. No questions asked.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct any information that's wrong
• Ask us to delete your information
• Withdraw your consent to receive emails at any time

To do any of these things, just email us at catherine@alveko.com.au and we'll sort it out promptly.

How we store your information

Your information is stored securely by our service providers (Loops and Tally), both of which use industry-standard security practices. We don't store your personal details on our own servers independently of these tools.

We keep your information for as long as you're on our mailing list, or until you ask us to delete it.

Cookies

Our website may use basic cookies to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are most popular). We don't use cookies to track you across other websites or for advertising purposes.

Changes to this policy

If we ever make significant changes to this privacy policy, we'll let you know by email before the changes take effect. The 'last updated' date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
